We offer free express shipping on all orders throughout the US, excluding Alabama. Once payment is received, your order is prepared for dispatch within 24 hours. You can track your order online using the FedEX or UPS websites once it’s shipped. A follow-up email with a tracking link will be sent to you.
We prioritize your privacy in our shipping process. All orders are dispatched in unmarked brown boxes, so no one but you knows the contents. The packages are filled with protective foam to ensure safe transit. Box sizes vary depending on the doll size, but are generally 150cm tall, 42cm wide, and 28cm deep. A signature is required upon delivery.
