FAQ for Dollhubs Store
All our dolls are handmade. Once we receive full payment, we’ll manufacture a brand new doll in 2-4 business days and ship it in discreet packaging. Shipping takes an additional 6-8 business days.
Our dolls are made of high-quality, safe and eco-friendly TPE (thermoplastic elastomers). The internal skeleton is stainless steel. There are no known health risks associated with our products. Dolls can be easily cleaned with mild soap, detergent or olive oil.
You can pose the dolls in most positions an average person can achieve without pain. However, they cannot support their own weight and may require a stand or support for certain poses. The TPE skin is extremely flexible and can sustain almost any reasonable position, but over-straining the joints may result in damage.
The dolls can be warmed in a warm bath or with a heating blanket. For best experience and doll maintenance, always use plenty of water-based lubricant. Avoid using the dolls or accessories without lubricant.
Orders must be cancelled within 8 hours of payment for a full refund. After 8 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
To address wrinkles caused by prolonged posing, use a hot towel (under 60°C) on the affected area for 10 minutes. Then return the doll to its original posture and let it rest. Dolls cannot support themselves in “doggy style” positions. Use pillows or other supports to assist with weight distribution.
We ship worldwide using FedEx and UPS. Tracking information is provided. Discreet packaging with no logos or brand names. Declared as “mannequin” or other neutral item to avoid customs issues.
